Overall I'm happy with the changes the authors have made in the manuscript. I am, however, not fully convinced that the results of the trend analysis support the statements made by the authors (e.g., "RoS events shifted from late to early winter" as stated in the abstract). Most of the trends are not significant (e.g. Fig.6), partially based on very few data or very contrasting (e.g. Fig.5). I suggest that the authors at least emphasize and discuss this fact more in detail in the discussion and that they are careful about the statements made in the abstract of the paper.
